We are looking for Aged Care Support Workers and Personal Carers in the following areas ONLY:

- Geelong
- Geelong West
- Torquay
- Anglesea
- Winchelsea
- Barwon Heads
- Ocean Grove

Summary:

Our Support Workers provide daily living support and companionship to seniors who are wanting to stay in the comfort of their own homes. They assist with activities of daily living, mobility, medication administration, housekeeping, and social engagement.

We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals with qualifications in Certificate III in Aged Care and experience in providing personal care, domestic assistance, respite, and transport for clients. We also welcome Support Workers to apply with a minimum level of experience to assist with domestic duties and transport.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily living activities within the client's home
- Provide mobility assistance
- Prepare and serve meals
- Monitor and record changes in clients’ health
- Assist with light housekeeping




- Provide companionship and social engagement
- Foster a safe and comfortable environment

Qualifications:

- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent)
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate (2 minimum)
- Influenza vaccination (required annually)
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
- Valid driver's license and reliable source of transport
- Willingness to work flexible schedule
- Willingness to travel up to 30 mins from your home
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical and professional standards
