What you'll be doing





The purpose of the Clinical Superintendent position is to provide Clinical and Administrative responsibilities to the Breast-Endocrine Surgical Unit.

Training Focus includes:

- Breast/Endocrine Surgery

- MBBS or equivalent, currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
- FRACS (or equivalent) or presenting for second part examination during the year.
- Superior cognitive technical and communication skills.
- Experienced in elective breast, endocrine, and general surgery, with the intention to develop a career in one or more of the core specialties of the unit.
- Demonstrated surgical research experience and Breast-Endocrine audit expertise.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills in a complex clinical environment.
- Overseeing and dealing with roster issues within the unit.
- Demonstrated interest and willingness to teach Junior Medical Staff and research.
