GCMC is seeking a caring, motivated and reliable Registered Nurse to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

This position is Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

About the Role

You will work closely with our GPs and clinical team across a variety of general practice nursing duties, including:

- Chronic disease management
- Health assessments and care plans
- Triage and clinical support
- Immunisations and wound care
- Assisting with procedures
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Supporting a positive patient experience

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- AHPRA registration minimum 2 yrs relevant work experience
- Previous general practice experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- A warm, professional and patient-focused approach
