Disability Support Worker – Casual

Blue Summit Support Services is seeking reliable, respectful and participant-focused Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.

We have casual opportunities across Brisbane Southside, Brisbane Northside, Logan, Ipswich, the Moreton Bay area and surrounding locations.

About the role

Depending on the participant’s individual needs, you may:

- Support daily living routines
- Assist with community access and social activities
- Help participants build independence and life skills
- Provide personal care support where required
- Transport participants to activities and appointments
- Follow individual support plans and complete clear shift reports

What we are looking for

We are looking for support workers who are dependable, professional, willing to learn and able to build positive working relationships.

Applicants must have:

- Current Australian driver licence
- Reliable,



registered and insured vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Blue Card, or willingness to obtain one
- Strong communication and confidentiality
- Availability for a range of rostered shifts

Experience in disability support is valued; however, training and ongoing coaching are provided.
