We are seeking a motivated Accountant to join our growing team on a casual basis, with a clear pathway to a permanent position.
You will assist with preparing financial statements, tax returns, payroll and BAS for a diverse range of clients while working closely with partners to develop your skills.
- Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience (preferably in public practice)
- Working knowledge of Australian tax laws and compliance
- Experience with Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks
- Robust attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Currently pursuing CA/CPA/CTA qualification is desirable but not mandatory
- Bilingual proficiency preferred but not mandatory (Hindi/Punjabi)
- Choose to work your own hours
- Direct reporting to partners
