Casual Cocktail Bartenders | Vista'Mare at Crown Sydney

Join the opening team at Vista'Mare, the vibrant new waterfront bar and dining destination within the iconic a'Mare precinct at Crown Sydney.

We're looking for experienced and charismatic Casual Cocktail Bartenders who are passionate about hospitality, love crafting exceptional drinks, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. If you enjoy engaging with guests and delivering memorable experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Essential Requirements

- Full Australian working rights
- Current NSW RSA Certificate
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a premium venue
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
- Confident free pouring, cocktail preparation, and bar service skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional grooming and presentation
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Willingness to complete a Crown police compliance check

Preferred Requirements

- Experience in premium restaurants, cocktail bars, or hotels
- Knowledge of Italian aperitivi, spritzes, vermouths, and amari
- Wine and spirits knowledge
- Experience using POS systems
- Italian language skills are a bonus

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, aperitifs, beer, wine, and spirits
- Deliver genuine, engaging hospitality and create memorable guest experiences




- Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar
- Ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation
- Work collaboratively with the floor and kitchen teams during busy service periods
- Follow all RSA, food safety, and venue compliance requirements
- Assist with opening, closing, stock rotation, and bar preparation
