Beirut Street Food is seeking motivated and reliable Cooks and Kitchen Hands to join our growing team.

Join a growing hospitality group! Beirut Street Food currently operates two successful locations, with our newest premium Lebanese restaurant, Zanobia, opening soon in Barangaroo. Both venues are under the same ownership, providing excellent opportunities for growth opportunities and advancement.

About the Role

We're looking for team players who are passionate about food, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and take pride in delivering quality dishes and maintaining a clean, organised workspace.

Cook Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items to company standards
- Assist with food preparation and mise en place
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Monitor stock levels and minimise food waste
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Work closely with the kitchen team during busy service

Kitchen Hand Responsibilities

- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Assist with food preparation as required




- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and storage areas
- Receive and organise deliveries
- Support chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Follow all food safety and workplace health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

- Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential for Kitchen Hand roles
- Experience in a busy commercial kitchen for Cook positions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Valid Australian working rights
