It's a rural setting with genuine emergency-scope practice — autonomous decision-making, rapid assessment, and resuscitation-level care, where you're a key decision-maker from the moment a patient arrives. This is an ideal opportunity for a senior emergency nurse who wants hands-on acute clinical work paired with real leadership responsibility.
