Pastry Chef / Cake Decorator (Full-Time)

We are seeking a creative, passionate, and experienced Pastry Chef / Cake Decorator to join our busy and growing bakery team. This is a full-time position, working five days per week, with a consistent Monday to Friday roster.

About the Role

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for:

- Decorating cupcakes to a consistently high standard
- Creating celebration cakes using a range of buttercream decorating techniques
- Preparing buttercream, icings, fillings, and cake batters
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and food-safe decorating workspace
- Assisting with front-of-house duties, including serving customers, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure products are completed efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards

About You

The ideal candidate will:

- Have previous experience in cake and cupcake decorating
- Be confident in buttercream decorating techniques and finishing cakes to a professional standard




- Possess a creative eye with exceptional attention to detail
- Thrive in a quick-paced bakery environment while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be reliable, punctual, and take pride in producing high-quality work
- Enjoy interacting with customers and delivering outstanding service
- Be capable of working independently as well as contributing positively within a team
