Bielby’s New South Wales team is expanding, off the back of being shortlisted on a number of NSW tenders, we’re looking for a talented Engineering Manager. This is a outstanding opportunity to grow and take ownership of engineering governance, technical and commercial direction, and delivery assurance across a portfolio of complex civil infrastructure projects.

About You
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and RPEQ or CPEng.
- 15+ years in civil construction estimating roles across large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Significant experience in Design & Construct environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in temporary works, constructability, staging, and project engineering leadership.
- Proven ability to resolve complex technical and productivity challenges in live project environments.
- Strong understanding of Australian Standards, client specifications, and road authority requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership of experienced, multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and decision-making capability.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive accountability.
