In this role, you will manage claims end-to-end, conducting virtual property assessments to determine cause, coverage and repair scope, while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct desktop assessments to determine damage, causation, policy coverage (PDS), and repair requirements
- Prepare and review scope of works, cost estimates, and supplier quotes, ensuring cost-effective and accurate outcomes
- Negotiate repair scope, costs,
and methodology with builders and suppliers
- Make claim decisions and recommendations in line with policy and regulatory frameworks
- Manage claims end-to-end, including risk identification, escalations, make-safe approvals, and monitoring repair progress, quality, and timelines
- Review and approve variations and invoices throughout the repair lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders
We are looking for someone with:
- Residential building/renovation experience with strong estimating capability (essential)
- Experience preparing and reviewing scope of works and repair cost estimates
- Strong negotiation, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple systems and work in a fast-paced environment
