Role : Leisure & Lifestyle Assistant
Where : Mornington VIC Home| Casual/Temporary

You’ll be supporting residents through meaningful, tailored lifestyle experiences that reflect who they are.

What You’ll Bring:

Previous aged care experience supporting individuals living with dementia or have a passion work in this area
Creativity and a passion for designing and delivering engaging,



person-centred activities with a Commitment to continuous quality improvement
Demonstrated ability to be calm, consistent and confident in complex care environments
Comprehensive understanding to ensure resident choices become part of the activities
Demonstrated flexibility, empathy and patience and respect for residents living with dementia and their needs, together with emotional regulation skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage specifically with our MSU residents and their families
Sound knowledge of, and commitment to upholding the Aged Care Standards
Previous experience with LeeCare or similar software systems and sound computer skills
Provide proof of NDIS clearance and the right to work in Australia.

Certificate III in Leisure and Lifestyle or Individual Support - preferable
