Due to our ongoing business success, Rapid Hose Systems is actively seeking to employ a full-time External Sales Representative. In this vital role, you will be the face of our business out on the road across North East Victoria.

Your core focus will be driving growth by nurturing and expanding relationships within our existing customer base,



while proactively hunting for new business opportunities in local industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with both new and existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their on-site needs.
- Technical Support: Provide technical applications and fluid power support to Internal Sales and clients in fluid power sectors
- Business Growth: Promote Rapid Hose Systems’ extensive range of products and services to secure recent accounts and expand our market presence across the region.
- Out in the Field: Spend your days visiting client sites, understanding their operations, and delivering reliable, customer-focused solutions that keep local businesses moving.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

- Mechanical/engineering aptitude with a hands-on, results-driven approach
- Experience and knowledge in hydraulics and pneumatics
- Strong networking skills and client relationship management experience
- Proven track record in handling urgent customer requirements
- Exceptional organisation, time management, and attention to detail
- Proactive, customer-focused communicator and team player
- Willingness to learn new products and markets
- Current driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment medical
