Part-Time Evening Member Experience Coordinator

Hours: Monday to Friday | 4:00pm – 8:00pmPay: $27–$30 per hour (depending on experience)

About Vigor Gym

Vigor Gym is a 24/7 training facility built around serious training, real community, and helping members achieve their goals.

We are looking for a confident, friendly, and motivated person to join our team as our Evening Member Experience Coordinator.

This role is more than just reception — you will be the face of Vigor during our busiest hours, helping create an environment where members feel welcomed, motivated, and part of the community.

The Role Includes:

- Welcoming members and creating a positive first impression.
- Building relationships with members and making everyone feel valued.
- Answering enquiries, phone calls, and messages.
- Assisting new visitors with gym tours and membership information.
- Supporting membership enquiries and customer service.
- Helping with retail sales (supplements and gym apparel).
- Creating engaging social media content including stories, reels, member highlights, and gym updates.
- Capturing the energy and community of Vigor Gym.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional reception area.





We Are Looking For Someone Who:

- Is friendly, confident, and approachable.
- Enjoys talking with people and building relationships.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work.
- Has an interest in fitness and gym culture.
- Is comfortable creating content for social media.
- Has customer service, hospitality, sales, or fitness experience (preferred).
