Description

headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds, along with assistance in promoting young peoples' wellbeing. This covers four core areas: mental health, physical health, work and study support and alcohol and other drug services.

About the role

Lead the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring services align with the headspace Model Integrity Framework. Provide leadership and support to staff, oversee reporting and compliance, build strong community partnerships, and drive continuous quality improvement in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

- Full time – 75 hours per fortnight

Centre Hours

- Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (working hours will be scheduled within these times; start and finish times may vary)
- Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

About you

- Proven leadership experience in a similar role or within health service management
- Ability to lead and support a multidisciplinary team delivering services to young people and their families
- Either:
- a management qualification and/or a minimum of two years’ experience in primary mental health management; or
- qualifications and experience as a Psychologist, Social Worker,



Occupational Therapist (with mental health training), or Mental Health Nurse,
with current registration through a recognised professional body
