Experienced Female Disability Support Worker – Casual Position

SLC Supports is seeking an experienced Female Disability Support Worker (client preference) to support a participant in the Fairy Meadow area.

We're looking for someone who is reliable, compassionate and confident providing personal care. You will take pride in maintaining a clean, organised home environment, use your initiative and build a positive, professional relationship with the participant.

About the role

- Supporting a female participant in her home and the community.
- Personal care, domestic assistance and community access.
- Regular morning and afternoon shifts during the week, with longer shifts available on weekends.
- Ongoing, consistent roster for the right person.

Essential requirements

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Disability Support Worker.
- Confidence providing personal care.
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Clear, fluent spoken English,



with the ability to communicate easily with the participant in line with her communication preferences.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current Working With Children Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR.
- Current driver's licence and reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.

Qualifications in Disability, Individual Support or Community Services are desirable but not essential.
