✨ Who You Are:
We’re looking for a fully qualified Cert IV or Diploma skin therapist who:
- Confident and caring, with a love for skin and results
- Has a minimum 2yrs clinical experience in skin & laser
- Is passionate about brows, skin transformations, and the client journey
- Loves learning, receiving feedback and has a growth mindset
- Radiates positivity, has a thirst for growth, and loves personal development.
- Can confidently recommend skincare and build treatment plans
- Works well with KPIs and feels motivated by explicit goals
- Brings great energy to the team and loves being part of something bigger
- Is proud of your work and love being part of a high-performing, values-led team.
- Values integrity, honesty, empathy and collaboration in the workplace.
- Is a confident communicator,
comfortable building long-term relationships and creating personalised treatment plans that change lives.
- Can self-motivate and work autonomously
