We’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pilates Instructor to lead small group classes and potentially offer 1:1 sessions. You'll be working with a diverse range of clients, from those managing injuries to those pursuing general fitness and wellbeing.

Our studio offers high-quality Mat and Reformer Pilates in a professional, wellness-focused setting. We work closely with allied health professionals—including physiotherapists, osteopaths, and massage therapists—to provide integrated care and exceptional client outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading small group Mat and Reformer Pilates classes (max 4–6 participants)
- Creating safe, personalised, and engaging programs
- Collaborating with allied health practitioners on client care
- Maintaining a welcoming and qualified studio setting

Job requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified in both Mat and Reformer Pilates
- Experience in a studio or clinical setting (1–2 years preferred, but open to new grads)
- Confident working with clients of all abilities, including rehab populations
- Great communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Nice to Have:
- Background in allied health (e.g., Physio, EP, Osteo)
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Interest in professional development and ongoing learning
