The Role

We are currently seeking an Estimator to join our team based in Bibra Lake.

Supporting the continued growth and success of the business, this role focuses on developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through outstanding communication, high-quality service, and responsive support. Reporting to the Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and competitive tenders that contribute to securing current business opportunities.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

- Lead the management and development of tenders, quotations and offers

- Prepare quotes, offers, tenders and expressions of interest

- Manage standard cost information

- Strengthen, maintain, and develop existing and new customers

- Identify best practice for operations and implement approved strategies

- Manage product/service mix, pricing, and margins according to agreed aims

- Analysing and reporting on trends

- Other duties as required

About You

The Ideal Candidate will possess the following essential skills and experience:

- Proven success in estimating, contract management or project management in the Asphalt,



Spray Seal or Bitumen industry

- Relevant qualifications in the engineering or similar field

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- High level negotiation and analytical skills

- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing deadlines
