At Squires Vineyard we are continuing to grow our business and are in need of a full time Advertising Specialist. We are seeking a confident applicant with experience in promoting wedding, accommodation and event venues, as well as an understanding of how a vineyard and cellar door operates. The applicant should have a strong customer service focus.
Squire’s Vineyard is a 100 acre private estate venue and boutique vineyard located in the Hunter Valley NSW. We operate a function centre, cellar door and onsite luxury accommodation. Whilst weddings are our primary focus, we are actively seeking to diversify our revenue streams by expanding our offering in the off-peak wedding season into the following areas:
➢ Luxury Farm Stays
➢ Farm Experiences – i.e. seasonal activities such as Grape Picking/Harvest, Highland Cow Experience
➢ Location Hire for commercial, brand, and corporate photoshoots by appointment
➢ Ticketed Events such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, New Year’s Eve
➢ Corporate Events and Xmas Parties
Duties and Responsibilities:
➢ Offline and online advertising
➢ Content creation to build our online presence includingour website, social media and our footprint on relevant accommodation and event booking agent websites
➢ Assist in developing marketing strategies
➢ Organising collaborations with industry professionals
➢ Harvesting skilled images from past events to build media library for promotional purposes
➢ You will need to analyse the data to be able to optimise our campaign efficiency
➢ You need to be able to ensure that our creative and media materials align with our brand
➢ Continue to provide insights and strategies that will drive the success of our company
Qualifications and Skills:
➢ You must have over 3 years of experience in an online advertising/marketing role in a business that is focused on weddings & events
➢ Be familiar how to promote weddings, events & accommodation
➢ Experience in Edm’s and Automation
➢ You must be familiar with google analytics or similar analysis tools
➢ Have excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
➢ Have excellent photography skills and editing skills
➢ Must have experience with social media advertising including Instagram and facebook
➢ Must have strong organisation skills and work in a high-pressure environment
