We have partnered with an established company within the gas and welding supplies industries, which, due to continuous growth, is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded company in a multifaceted role with career development opportunities and a supportive work culture.

- Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm

- $75k - $85k + Super Salary on offer

About the Role:

- Provide Customer Service to trade, industrial and retail customers via phone and email
- Process customer orders on SAP and other systems
- Prepare follow-up quotations
- Manage inbound sales enquiries and identify opportunities to upsell products
- Build and maintain relationships with customers




- Maintain accurate customer records and account information
- Assist customers with product enquiries and stock availability
- Assist in resolving customer enquiries and delivery issues
- Process returns, credits and warranty claims
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with purchasing
- Work closely with external sales representatives

About You:

- Previous experience in Internal sales, Industrial or Trade experience in the Fabrication industry, or administration within a wholesale environment
- Previous experience using SAP is essential
- Strong communication and ability to build rapport
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word & Excel
