Our Brisbane office is expanding, and we are seeking talented Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors to join our growing team.

The opportunity

As a Quantity Surveyor at RLB, you will be responsible for delivering both pre- and post-contract estimating and cost management services. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing project estimates across various phases
- Cost control, including planning, forecasting and estimation
- Value management associated with mechanical services
- Benchmarking analysis associated with mechanical services
- Providing post-contract services,



including assessment of progress claims and variations

About you

- RICS or AIQS membership
- Professional qualifications in engineering, quantity surveying, construction economics or property-related fields
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in estimating for construction projects
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a project team
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain working relationships
- Permanent working rights in Australia
