About the Role
As a Project Manager at Delplant,
you will be responsible for the delivery of a diverse range of water infrastructure projects in both the subdivisions and capital expenditure. Specifically, your role will include:
- Project management
- General site management & coordination
- Delivering projects safely and sustainably
- Preparation of tender submissions
- Liaising with key stakeholders
- Project cost estimation
About You
We are looking for someone who has the same passion we do for the water industry. We are looking for someone who wants to challenge and collaborate with our team. As the successful candidate, you will have:
- Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in construction
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in water industry
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with a high level of people management skills
- Thorough understanding of civil construction methodologies relevant to pipelines trenching works
- Strong ability to review plans, schedules and specifications to accurately tender construction works, taking into account all potential risks associated with the project
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic outlook
- Ability to perform under pressure and to work extended hours as required
- Current Driver’s license

The successful applicant will be rewarded with a flexible salary package commensurate to the applicants experience and capability. Package will also include the provision of a company work vehicle.
