Job Description: Hotel Manager

Tasks & responsibilities

- Manage and grow the business through the effective application of the Quest franchise system, maximizing profitability, occupancy rates, and return on investment for the Franchisee.

- Oversee daily hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance, ensuring high standards of guest service, operational efficiency, and compliance with company procedures.

- Monitor business performance against budgets and financial targets,



implementing strategies to improve revenue, control costs, and optimize occupancy levels.

- Ensure compliance with Human Resources and Occupational Health and Safety requirements, including staff training, performance management, and workplace safety standards.

- Prepare and deliver regular operational and financial reports to franchise stakeholders, reviewing business performance and implementing continuous improvement strategies.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, and financial administration in line with company policies.

- Foster robust customer service standards, respond to guest feedback, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

1) Diploma in Hospitality Management

2) 2 years of experience;

Annual salary: $79,500 + superannuation (38 hours per week)

Pay: $79,500.00 per year
