The Role

As the Production Manager, you will be at the helm of our powder coating operations, ensuring seamless workflow, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will be pivotal in managing day-to-day activities, optimizing processes, and aligning production goals with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the powder coating production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled production team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement best practices, and drive lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Scheduling & Planning: Develop and manage production schedules, balancing current demands with upcoming projects to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality control standards, ensuring all products meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements, fostering a safe working environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
