Site Supervisor/ Forklift Operator – Coffs Harbour
Looking for a hands-on logistics skilled ready to step into a leadership role within a fast-paced environment. This role offers the chance to oversee critical warehouse activities during weekends, while supporting overall site operations throughout the week. Ideal for experienced forklift operators seeking greater responsibility and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead warehouse, transport, and inventory activities on weekends, ensuring operational targets are met.
- Assist in delivering on-time, in-full performance and optimise labour and 3PL relationships.
- Manage forklift operations, maintaining safety and food safety standards.
- Support and implement improvements to key operational KPIs, including inventory accuracy and active cost control.




- Collaborate with the Site Logistics Manager on operational planning during peak periods.
- Maintain high standards of compliance and adherence to WHS regulations.

Requirements:

- 2+ years’ experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution, with supervisory exposure.
- Must be able to work a Wednesday - Sunday work week.
- Valid forklift licence with proven hands-on experience.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, and transport.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work early mornings and in a site-based environment.
- Experience in FMCG or cold-chain environments is highly regarded.
