To be successful in this role you will need

- At least 1 year work experience in customer service field
- Be flexible with work times
- Reliable, a team player, able to multitask
- Ability to learn and willing take on challenges
- Willing to train new staff members

Key Duties/Responsibilities

- Assist dentists in with dental treatments
- Process dental instruments and maintain a clean and tidy work environment




- Schedule patient appointments and perform follow-up confirmation communication
- Communicate bookings and patient needs with patients, dental staff and suppliers
- Process payments, health insurance rebates and other claims
- Maintain patient records and other computer systems and databases
