Christ Church Grammar School is seeking an energetic and innovative Mathematics Teacher to join our Mathematics Department, commencing Term 1 2027.

Teachers at our School are expected to contribute to the academic, pastoral and co-curricular life of the School. This position carries a teaching load of five (5) classes and offers an exciting opportunity for a committed educator to work within a collegial and forward thinking team that values cutting-edge classroom practice and responds thoughtfully to the individual learning needs of boys.

Key responsibilities include:

- Deliver engaging Mathematics teaching programs across Years 7 to 12, using innovative and inclusive teaching practices that support students from diverse and mixed-ability backgrounds.
- Contribute to excellence in Mathematics education through curriculum development, fostering mathematical thinking, and delivering learning through problem-solving and exploration.
- Support the broader life of the School by embracing innovative technologies in teaching and actively participating in co-curricular programs and cooperative departmental initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

- Recognised teaching qualifications and compliance, including relevant tertiary qualifications, along with current WA Teacher Registration, a valid Working with Children Check, and a Federal Police Clearance.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students,



parents and colleagues from diverse backgrounds and contribute effectively to a team environment.
- Highly developed organisation and professionalism, demonstrated through effective goal setting, prioritisation, independent work habits, multitasking capability and a commitment to ongoing professional learning.
