About Us
Poly WA is a locally owned plastics welding, fabrication and installation company based in Kewdale. We deliver HDPE pipe systems, custom fabrication and industrial installations for major clients across Perth and WA.
Due to continued growth and increasing workload, we’re expanding our team.
The Role
We’re looking for skilled Poly Welders / Fabricators to join our growing team.
You’ll work across a variety of jobs — from pipe systems and tanks to custom fabrication builds — using butt, electrofusion and extrusion welding techniques.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced poly welders looking to step away from full-time FIFO and secure long-term local work, or for those already working in the field who want greater variety and the chance to broaden their skill set.
With strong, hands-on and highly experienced leadership on the tools, you’ll be supported to further develop your capabilities across different areas of plastics welding and fabrication.

What We’re Looking For
- Poly welding skills – butt, electrofusion, and extrusion(tickets preferred).
- Experienced in working with a variety of plastics (HDPE, PP, PVC, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and the ability to think on your feet
- Proactive, reliable and good communicator who takes ownership of their work
- Ability to read and fabricate from drawings/technical plans.
- Works accurately, safely and delivers high-quality finishes.
- Construction White Card & valid driver’s licence.
- Australian working rights.
Highly regarded: Experience in plastics fabrication, with the ability to build custom products from drawings or client concepts.
Bonus (not essential – we can help you obtain these): forklift ticket, confined space, working at heights, chainsaw competency, first aid.
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
