Now Careers is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Account Manager to drive our blue collar labour hire desk from our Wetherill Park office.

The Role

Now Careers presents a compelling opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Account Manager to take ownership of a busy blue collar labour hire desk, based in our modern Wetherill Park office and servicing clients across Western Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage the full labour hire cycle across blue collar clients. This includes building and strengthening client relationships through site visits and regular contact, understanding each client's labour needs, shift patterns and site requirements, and filling orders quickly with safe, compliant, job-ready workers.



You will source, screen and interview candidates, verify tickets, licences and right-to-work, maintain an active candidate pool, and manage pay and conditions discussions. Growing the desk through business development, achieving individual and team targets, and maintaining accurate records in our systems will be key to your success.

About You

Proven experience in labour hire recruitment or account management, ideally within blue collar sectors. A strong network or working knowledge of the Western Sydney labour market. Sound understanding of blue collar roles. Comfortable with early starts, short-notice orders and a fast-paced temp desk. Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and compliance.
