Hifab Services is seeking experienced Industrial Plumbers / Mechanical Plumbers for an on-site industrial steam piping project in QLD.

Duties

- Install threaded steel pipework.
- Measure, cut and thread pipes.
- Install threaded fittings, unions, elbows and tees.
- Install steam valves, pressure gauges and steam traps.
- Install pipe supports and brackets.
- Read and interpret isometric and piping drawings.
- Pressure test installed pipework.
- Follow site WHS procedures.

Essential Requirements

- Experience in industrial plumbing or mechanical piping.
- Experience with threaded pipe installation.
- Ability to read isometric drawings.
- White Card.
- Own basic hand tools preferred.

Highly Regarded

- Steam piping experience.
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial plants.
- Working at Heights.
- Confined Space.
- EWP Licence.
