The Clinical Nurse Clinical Facilitator - Simulation Coordinator supports the delivery of high-quality simulation-based education and workforce development activities within the Clinical Skills Development Service (CSDS). The role combines advanced clinical nursing expertise with education and simulation capability development to strengthen interprofessional workforce performance and promote a culture of continuous learning across Metro North Health and Queensland.
The successful candidate will work closely with Simulation Educators and the Assistant Nursing Director to support the design, delivery and evaluation of simulation-based learning programs. The role also contributes to statewide simulation initiatives, supports educators and simulation coordinators across the CSDS network, and assists in developing innovative education solutions that improve clinical skills, patient safety and healthcare outcomes.
