This is more than a retail leadership role. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional client experience, developing a stable and engaged team, driving commercial performance and building lasting relationships with an exclusive clientele.

As Boutique Manager, you will:

- Lead, coach and develop a team, including permanent and seasonal team members
- Create a premium, high-end sales environment through exceptional presentation, communication and service standards
- Drive sales performance, KPIs and commercial outcomes while identifying new business opportunities
- Build strong, long-term relationships with a discerning and exclusive clientele
- Bring a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset to growing the boutique and its local customer base
- Create a stable, engaged and high-performing team culture
- Take ownership of rostering, ensuring strong coverage across peak trade periods, with weekend availability essential
- Maintain exceptional personal presentation, grooming and professional standards
- Ensure the boutique consistently reflects the quality, heritage and reputation of the brand
- Manage day-to-day operations, administration and compliance with a high level of organisation and attention to detail

About you:

You may come from a luxury retail background, or bring strong leadership experience from another premium customer-focused environment.
