About the Role

A brand current role to the OMD Create and PHD Drum team - a Social and Innovation Account Director.

This role is responsible for creator marketing, community moderation, owned content strategies and all facets of creativity in social.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead strategic interpretation of briefs and deliver innovative, social-first campaign solutions grounded in audience insight and platform trends
- Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery from ideation through execution, optimisation and post-campaign reporting
- Act as a trusted senior advisor to clients, building strong relationships and confidently presenting strategic and creative recommendations
- Drive collaboration across internal teams, media partners and talent to unlock integrated, best-in-class solutions
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a consistently high standard while maintaining strong client satisfaction
- Identify and support new business and revenue opportunities, contributing to pitches, brainstorms and commercially sound scopes of work
- Lead, mentor and develop team members through coaching, feedback and day-to-day leadership
- Contribute to thought leadership,



award submissions and initiatives that strengthen industry reputation and innovation profile

What We're Looking For

- 5-8 years' experience in social, influencers, branded content or integrated media
- A strategic thinker with strong creative instincts and a passion for innovation
- Proven experience managing campaigns from concept through to delivery
- Confident communicator and presenter comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded with experience managing scopes and identifying growth opportunities
- A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others
- Curious, emotionally intelligent and solutions-focused
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
