About the Role
* Independently managing a busy coffee section during service, with support from Wally Milk
* Producing high-quality espresso coffee with speed, accuracy, and consistency
* Confidently pouring latte art for dine-in coffees
* Operating coffee equipment safely, efficiently, and with care
* Working closely with the front-of-house team during busy periods
* Keeping the coffee station clean, organised, and well stocked
* Assisting with opening, closing, and general daily operations
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
* Has proven barista experience in a busy, high-volume café
* Is confident working independently and managing the coffee section
* Understands coffee, customer service, and the rhythm of a fast-paced shift
* Is reliable, effective, attentive, and takes genuine pride in quality
