Construction Supervisor – Full time

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee projects across the Gold Coast. This role is suited to a hands-on qualified with strong leadership skills, excellent construction knowledge and a proven ability to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The successful candidate will coordinate trades, manage site activities, monitor project progress and ensure all work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, safety requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day construction activities across assigned sites

Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and deliveries

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards

Review plans, specifications, schedules and scope of works

Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship

Identify and resolve construction issues promptly

Maintain accurate site records, reports and progress updates

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements

Conduct site inductions, toolbox meetings and safety checks

Monitor materials, equipment and labour requirements

Communicate with clients, project managers, consultants and internal teams

Manage defects, variations and project handovers

Maintain clean, organised and professional worksites

Requirements





Demonstrated experience as a Construction Supervisor, Site Supervisor or similar role

Robust knowledge of construction methods, sequencing and building standards

Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications

Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills

Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities

Current Queensland driver’s licence

Current White Card

Relevant construction or trade qualification

Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements

Full Australian working rights

A current Queensland Site Supervisor licence, First Aid certificate and experience in residential or commercial construction will be highly regarded.
