Macarthur Labour Services is looking for reliable, hard-working people to join our award-winning labour crew across South-West Sydney.

No experience? That’s fine—we can teach you the job. What we can’t teach is reliability, effort and a willingness to work.

This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role suited to people who enjoy staying active, working as part of a team and taking pride in getting the job done properly. If you regularly cancel shifts, struggle with early starts or need constant supervision to stay productive, this role won’t be the right fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on the site and shift, your duties may include:

- Loading and unloading shipping containers
- Sorting products and building pallets
- Wrapping and preparing pallets for dispatch
- Operating a forklift, if licensed
- General warehouse and manual-labouring duties
- Helping the team complete jobs safely and efficiently

You’ll be on your feet and moving for most of the shift. The work can be repetitive, quick-paced and physically demanding, so applicants need to be comfortable with genuine hands-on labour.

No formal qualifications or previous warehouse experience are required. Training will be provided to applicants who demonstrate the right attitude.

Work Locations

Casual shifts are available across South-West Sydney, including:

- Prestons
- Ingleburn
- Moorebank

Reliable transport is strongly preferred, as start times and work locations may vary and main sites are unable to be travelled to relying on public transport alone.

Pay: Up to $34.00 per hour
