- Supervise the daily operations across assigned sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and support cleaning staff.
- Prepare staff rosters and manage shift allocations.
- Provide backup shift coverage when staff are absent or additional support is required.
- Meet with clients to discuss service delivery, resolve concerns, and maintain strong relationships.
- Coordinate and deliver cleaning equipment, chemicals, consumables, and PPE to sites.
- Ensure all staff comply with company policies, WHS requirements, and safe work procedures.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues, incidents, and client complaints promptly.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and performance feedback.
- Ensure all work is completed within allocated hours while maintaining quality standards.
- Complete site reports, audits, incident reports, and other operational documentation.
- Assist with mobilising current contracts and training new employees.
- Maintain stock levels and ensure sites are adequately supplied at all times.
- Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
