We’re looking for an experienced Ads Manager to join our fast growing agency.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced client-centric environment, is passionate about growing clients’ businesses and smashing their targets. You will be reporting to the director and working alongside clients to achieve optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing CEO’s bookings and calendar
- Create and distribute content through paid social media advertising channels including, but not limited to: Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn
- Strong copywriting and creative writing skills
- Ability to come up with creative directions for campaigns.
- Manage a budget and run ads efficiently within this budget
- Report on ad performance with insights and findings
- Optimize and manage ads based on performance
- Familiar with scaling.
- Look for ways to improve current set up and strategy

Your skills and experience:

- Solid understanding of Facebook Ads management
- Experience is necessary
- Proactive, self-motivated, and robust attention to detail
- Facebook ads management – experience creating and managing campaigns
