Canberra Badminton Centre is Canberra's first BWF-certified premium indoor badminton facility, located at 27 Lithgow Street, Fyshwick. We run a professional, high-energy environment and are looking for someone who matches that standard.

The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for our booking clients and walk-in customers — managing court bookings, handling payments, resolving enquiries, and keeping the front desk running smoothly during evening and weekend sessions.

What We're Looking For

- Prior front desk or customer service experience — essential
- Experience in sports venue, gym, or recreation facility administration — highly regarded
- Confident managing booking systems and day-to-day admin — essential
- Fluent English (spoken and written) — essential
- Spoken Mandarin Chinese — essential
- Own vehicle and valid driver's licence — essential




- Availability for evening and weekend shifts — essential
- Friendly, professional, and reliable
- Comfortable working independently during busy sessions

Shift Pattern
This role primarily covers evening and weekend shifts. Candidates must be fully available for these hours — this is a non-negotiable requirement of the position.
