- Managing the kitchen during service with confidence and consistency
- Preparing sandwiches, display items, breakfast and lunch dishes
- Following Bee Keen recipes and presentation standards
- Working with modern electronic kitchen equipment - no gas and no open flame
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, well stocked and running smoothly
- No dishwashing duties required
