We're looking for a customer-focused and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our supportive team across our East Albury & West Albury clinic. This is a Full-Time or Part-Time position offering shifts from Monday - Fridays between 7:00am and 10:00pm , as well as scheduled weekend shifts.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients and visitors at reception

- Scheduling appointments across a range of modalities (e.g. X-ray, MRI, Ultrasound)

- Delivering outstanding customer service and patient care

- Building and maintaining positive relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues, and managers

Key Qualifications:

- Clear verbal and written communication skills.

- Previous Health Care experience.

- Exhibit genuine care and understanding for patients' well-being.

- Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities with a can-do attitude.

- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
