We are currently seeking an experienced MR or HR Truck Driver to join our team at our Burwood branch. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, family-owned business with a reputation for quality products, outstanding customer service and long-term employment.
About the Role
As a Truck Driver, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering garden and building supplies throughout metropolitan Melbourne.
- Safely operating an MR or HR tipper truck.
- Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks.
- Providing skilled and courteous customer service.
- Maintaining your vehicle to a high standard.
- Assisting with general yard duties when required.
Our Burwood branch operates:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
- Saturday: 7:00am – 12:00pm
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will:
- Hold a current MR or HR Driver Licence.
- Have a safe driving record.
- Have experience driving tipper trucks (preferred).
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Be reliable, well presented and self-motivated.
- Work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Have permanent Australian working rights.
