We’re on the hunt for experienced and enthusiastic Bottle Shop Retail Attendants interested in joining our team across Cellarbrations North Burleigh / Cellarbrations Broadbeach / Cellarbrations Emerald Lakes.
We’re looking for people who are comfortable working independently, enjoy a steady-paced customer service workplace and can be relied upon to turn up, get stuck in and contribute to the team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Assist customers with product enquiries, recommendations and purchases
- Receive stock, replenish shelves and maintain accurate pricing and ticketing
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented retail environment
- Follow all legal requirements relating to the sale and service of alcohol, including checking identification and refusing service where required
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Work independently and collaboratively across a small island-based team
- Assist across different locations and operational areas where required
About You
- Current Queensland RSA required
- Previous bottle shop, retail, bar or hospitality experience is highly regarded
- Reliable, enthusiastic and comfortable working independently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Flexible availability, particularly across weekends, evenings, public holidays and peak holiday periods
- Available for casual work, with hours varying depending on operational requirements and availability

Pay: From $33.85 per hour
