Senior Quality Control Scientist | Brisbane, Queensland

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and escalation for 24/5 QC activities
- Review and approve non-routine, complex, or borderline results
- Lead investigations into out-of-spec results, deviations, and investigations
- Contribute to method robustness assessments and troubleshooting
- Mentor and train QC Technicians, ensuring team competency and consistency
- Act as the primary interface between QC, Production, Technical, and QA teams




- Step in as delegate for the QA Manager when required

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a QC laboratory environment, ideally within a regulated industry
- Strong technical knowledge of laboratory testing methods and troubleshooting
- Ability to interpret complex data and approve results confidently
- Excellent communication skills to liaise across teams
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work across standard hours with some shift requirements
