Care Tribe Services is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide community-based care for a Home Care Package client in Armidale, NSW.

Requirements:

Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse

Valid ABN

Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

National Police Check

NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)

Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

Role:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes

Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Provide person-centred care in accordance with professional standards
