Bribie Respite and Support Services is seeking compassionate and experienced Support Workers to join our growing team.

We provide personalised support services to clients across the Bribie Island region. In this role, you will work closely with elderly clients and individuals requiring NDIS support, delivering high-quality care that promotes independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing.

About the Role

- Deliver person-centred support tailored to individual needs
- Assist clients with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation
- Support clients to maintain independence and quality of life
- Promote emotional, social, and physical wellbeing

Essential Requirements

- Qualification in Aged Care, Disability, or related field (Certificate III or higher)
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)



and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
- Availability to work flexible schedule across a roster, including weekends, early mornings, and overnight shifts

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour

- First Aid and CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Working with Children Check (Preferred)
- National Police Certificate (Preferred)
- Driver Licence (Preferred)
- Proof of Covid Vaccine (Required)
- Certificate 3 in Individual Support Disability or Aged Care (Required)
- NDIS Workers Screening (Formally Yellow Card) (Preferred)
