Prestige Truck Bodies is the leading company in manufacturing of truck bodies. We build all traditional rigid body types and in addition we custom design bodies to suit client's needs.
We are looking for a full time Auto Electrician to be based in Carrum Downs, Victoria who will be responsible for:
- Diagnosing electrical and electronic faults in truck bodies using appropriate diagnostic tools
- Removing and dismantling faulty electrical components and wiring assemblies as required
- Fitting new electrical systems and electronic parts to vehicles during build and fit-out
- Wiring up powered accessories and equipment to the vehicle's power supply
- Calibrating and fine-tuning engine control systems and timing settings
- Diagnosing and replacing faulty alternators,
starter motors and voltage regulators
- Carrying out repairs to damaged or faulty wiring throughout the vehicle
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship, safety, and professional conduct on site
Position details: 38 hours per week $79,450–$80,000 including guaranteed overtime.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
