Lakes Boulevard Dental is seeking a friendly, motivated, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our growing team.

About You

The successful candidate will be:

- Highly motivated and a robust team player
- Professional and courteous with both patients and colleagues
- Punctual, reliable, and well-presented
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
- Confident communicating with patients both in person and over the phone
- Comfortable using computers and software including MS Word, Excel, and Gmail
- Proactive, willing to learn, and able to show initiative
- Able to manage responsibilities independently and take ownership of their role

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of dental reception experience
- Experience handling patient enquiries at the front desk, over the phone,



and via email
- Strong understanding of appointment scheduling and patient management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

- Certificate III in Dental Assisting (or higher)
- Experience using Principle Dental Software (training can be provided)
