As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and adaptable supervisor-operations all rounder to provide additional on-site and operational support.

About the Role

This is a varied and hands-on position combining Builders Cleaning, on-site team leadership, quality control and general job coordination.

This is not purely a supervisory or office space role. You’ll be actively assisting in the Cleaning alongside the team while also helping ensure jobs are appropriately organised, progress progressing in the allocated hours and completed to the required standard.

The successful applicant will initially focus on learning out Cleaning standards, leading teams on site and using our systems. As your knowledge and capability developed, you will receive training insight, inspections, labour estimating, quoting and broader project coordination.

The position will grow alongside the business however, additional permanent responsibilities will be introduced with the appropriate discussion training and support.

Key Responsibilities

- Completing high-quality Builder and detail Cleaning work
- Leading and supporting cleaners on site
- Allocating tasks and providing clear instructions to team member members
- Monitoring Job progress, productivity and quality
- Understanding the scope and allocated labour hours for each job
- Advertising management early when jobs may exceed it’s all allocated hours
- Communicating professionally with Builders and site supervisors
- Conducting quality control checks and completion walk-throughs




- Documenting Job progress, issues, photos and variations in ServiceM8
- Identifying requested outside of approved scope
- Assisting with equipment, stock and company vehicle organisation
- Support supporting the general day-to-day operations of the business
- In future after training: attending upcoming project inspections, preparing draft quotes for management approval, assisting with scheduling and project coordination, basic administration in ServiceM8 and xero

What We’re Looking For

- Drivers license
- White card NSW
- Previous cleaning and/or team leader experience
- Builders clean experience highly regarded
- Solid attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, proactive, and organised
- Ability to lead by example while remaining productive onsite
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage site flow confidently
- Commercial awareness and respect for scope and labour budgets
- Comfortable using mobile applications and job management systems
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on cleaning work
- Driver’s licence and white card required
